The service and staff were absolutely fantastic. The hotel was spotless. The rooms were great. The pools, spas were maintained exceptionally well. The hotel is situated perfectly within the city. A very family friendly hotel and atmosphere!

Located in the Polyanitsa district of Bukovel, Mountain Residence Apartments & Chalet is 36 km from Museum of Ethnography and Ecology of the Carpathians and 37 km from Elephant Rock. The property features mountain and inner courtyard views, and is 35 km from Waterfall Probiy. There is an outdoor pool and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. Breakfast and roof spa were gooood, proximity to slopes was perfect. Large ski rental facility directly in the hotel, however still missing skipass shop. 50m2 room used by 2 adults and 3 kids could practically accomodate up to 6 adults. Small hickup with parking lot entry gate hitting the front bamper of the car due to poorly installed sensors was well settled by administration. Would probably visit again during "low season" when prices get reduced and weather permitting.

The room that we stayed in was even bigger than expected. The staff is very well trained, and it was nice to hear that some of them even know Romanian. The spa was included in the price, and we enjoyed it the most. Compared to other hotels, it’s awesome that their spa includes not just a sauna, but also a hammam, salt room, red light room and some other type of steam room very nicely decorated. Breakfast was very diverse, we stayed for 2 nights, and each morning the menu was different. Overall, extremely great value for the price!

The hotel is small and compact, but everything is very well-organized. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. The breakfasts were excellent, with a great selection of fresh and delicious options. The hotel also has a parking area, which was very convenient for us. A special mention goes to the staff, who were incredibly polite and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, and we will definitely come back again!

The facilities are absolutely excellent — we loved everything about our stay. The room was large, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Everything was just perfect from start to finish! The spa area is exactly what you’d hope for: clean, relaxing, with warm pool water and great jacuzzis. The restaurant food was delicious and offered at very reasonable prices. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended! 🌟
