Large ski rental facility directly in the hotel, however still missing skipass shop. 50m2 room used by 2 adults and 3 kids could practically accomodate up to 6 adults. Small hickup with parking lot entry gate hitting the front bamper of the car due to poorly installed sensors was well settled by administration. Would probably visit again during "low season" when prices get reduced and weather permitting.

Clean, comfortable, modern, atmospheric hostel. I'd even not call it a hostel in its classic definition, because every guest has their own fully equipped "apartment-like" room. Toilets, showers, and a kitchen are common, but I encountered no problems using them. Everything was clean, well-equipped, no crowds, no smell, no noise. For me, the location is excellent. 15 minutes walk from the main rail station, 5-10 minutes walk to the city center. Special thanks to the hosts for the clear instructions on how to reach the hostel and a room. Late, up to 12 AM, check-it was also a benefit for me. The fact that with more than 1500 reviews, the hostel is rated 9.5 says it all.

The room that we stayed in was even bigger than expected. The staff is very well trained, and it was nice to hear that some of them even know Romanian. The spa was included in the price, and we enjoyed it the most. Compared to other hotels, it’s awesome that their spa includes not just a sauna, but also a hammam, salt room, red light room and some other type of steam room very nicely decorated. Breakfast was very diverse, we stayed for 2 nights, and each morning the menu was different. Overall, extremely great value for the price!

The hotel is small and compact, but everything is very well-organized. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. The breakfasts were excellent, with a great selection of fresh and delicious options. The hotel also has a parking area, which was very convenient for us. A special mention goes to the staff, who were incredibly polite and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, and we will definitely come back again!

The breakfast was excellent and had a wide variety of options. The warm swimming pool was nice, especially for kids. Particularly impressive was the salt room.
