She spoke English very well, so the communication was very easy. She helped us with various things - like recommending restaurants, helping us find a laundry or calling us taxi to the airport. We also rented scooters from here without any problem.

Location is great, the hotel is in the middle from any location: coffee, Pho Bo, supermarkets are on the same street; statue of Jesus, sea beach, parks not far. I recommend this place.
