It's one of the best rooms i ever stay for this price. You couldn't get anything better with this price. The room is spacious, new facilities, like you know they put effort into creating a great experience for guests. Would def stay here again if i have the chance

Tucked down an alley, so it's a quiet, beautifully landscaped oasis with a stunning pool, gorgeous staff, great rooms and delicious breakfast. The staff really do go the extra mile. When I left a drink bottle behind, they arranged to have it transferred to the next town 5 hours away and wouldn't charge anything. When I needed an item of clothing repaired, two staff walked me to two different places to find a seamstress to help. It's charmingly rustic but the pool and rooms are immaculately clean and our room had multiple seating areas alongside. The breakfast was beautiful - a massive bowl of fresh tropical fruit for me, omelette for him. Oh and free bikes. It was so good, we stayed an extra night even though the beach was disappointing. Forget the beach, just enjoy this little piece of paradise.

The stairway is wide and well maintained by the cleaners including the corridor. Housekeeping is good too. Most of all, the young boyish gentleman manning the reception is welcoming, courteous, attentive and responsive. He smiles all the time. He is truly a great asset to the hotel, being the "face" of the hotel to all guests. He gains at least 3 extra points from us for the hotel out of 10 to add to the review points for the hotel. As for location, it's hard to say which stretch of Ham Tien beach is the best spot but we would give 8.5 out of 10 for the hotel location. Moreover, the swim pool and deck chairs at the beach of its sister hotel right opposite adds to its advantage
