The rooms are gorgeous with balconies and of course great views, can defiantly recommend this cruise

We appreciated the pho. Dinner is western style with a touch of Vietnamese pan fried fish made more tasty with fish sauce, lime, fresh chilis, and herbs. Our suite had a great panoramic view and shower facilities functioned well...we probably should have tried the jacuzzi stand alone tub (it looked very inviting) but did not want to take extra time in tub. The staff could not have been more friendly and efficient. I am especially appreciative of Andy, the operator, who went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our experience was superb. He also made arrangements for our transfer to Sapa in a private car. We did want to experience the limo bus heading back to Hanoi so he arranged that as well. Note the bus goes only to the bus station and not to our hotel, but Andy arranged for our short transfer from the station to the hotel with a Grab car. Lee, the cruise manager, ensured everything went off without a hitch (cannot be easy keeping everyone together and on time). Apologies to the young woman who was the cruise organizer (we forgot to note her name), but she was very helpful throughout. We took the 3D2N cruise and was sad to leave such a friendly and warm ambience. The views were absolutely spectacular as we had a wonderful sunny day on the second day. Ship overall had modern facilities and does reflect the luxury for which the cruise is offering as a brand.

The room we stayed in has a big space, traditional style, and is very clean. The bathroom has a rain shower and a separate jacuzzi bathtub, and we could see a beautiful view through the bathroom's big window. There is also a balcony that we could sit and chill on, drink our beer, and enjoy peaceful and quiet Halong Bay scenery. The staff (Johnny, Tommy, Mr. Vien Manager, et al.) is very friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. They ensured our memorable experience. A round-trip private car from Hanoi to Halong Bay was arranged well (2.5 hrs on the expressway). We were picked up from the hotel in Hanoi at 9:15 am. The room included 3 meals a day, water activities (cruising & kayaking), and an excursion (bicycle tour) at Cat Ba. We highly recommend a 3-day and 2-night stay. On the last day, we left something on the cruise. The staff, especially Thuy Dang, was very helpful and thoughtful to manage to deliver our stuff in Hanoi. We really appreciate it.
