We stayed at Co's for two nights and had a great stay! The room was unique, with a loft with beds, and a queen bed at the lower level, perfect for families with kids. The balcony was really nice, too. We had a great shower and the AC and fan kept the room cool even though there was a heatwave while we were there. Breakfast was awesome, with choices, including the best bread, great pho, coffee, and extras like watermelon. Co helped us a lot, first to get bikes for our kids, then to help us navigate around Mai Chau, and finally to get transportation onward. Co made sure we were comfortable and always greeted us with a smile and was easy to converse with. We borrowed adult bikes for free from him and had the best day exploring around. The entire family was super kind and friendly. We recommend this guesthouse!

Rustic rooms with plenty of shelves to lay out your stuff, small patio with a beautiful view, tranquility. The overall layout of the home stay was picturesque. The included breakfast was excellent and the best amongst the 6 or so places we stayed at during our 5 week Vietnam trip. Why? It was tasty and they served banh cuon, pho ga, steamed rice buns and banana cake in addition to the more common breakfast fare served at other restaurants. The complimentary bicycle was appreciated. We were able to park our motorbike within their premises. And they even oiled our the motorbike chain.

The location is absolutely beautiful — surrounded by peaceful rice fields and mountains, it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-designed with a cozy local touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel at home and even helped me arrange a bicycle tour around the village, which was such a memorable experience. The breakfast was delicious with both local and Western options. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway to experience the authentic countryside of Vietnam, this hostel is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Tran and Tuan, their friend Theo, and the other family and staff were incredibly welcoming and caring. The room was exactly as advertised, very comfortable and impeccably clean. Location is very peaceful and quiet - it is a fair ways from the busy main streets of Mai Chau and we were generously offered a pick up from the main part of town upon our arrival via bus. Great spot to walk around the countryside taking in amazing views and I am sure the family would be happy to help arrange a taxi into town or other activities if wanted :) The dinner offering onsite was a highlight and very reasonably priced, they were happy to cater to vegetarian.
