Everything. The location was perfect, close to everything. Sun Plaza station is about 5 minute walk. We rented a two bedroom cabin, and everything is nice - from the living room to the bedroom and balcony! You get a very nice view of the town from the balcony, such a nice way to just relax. When we were about to leave, Mr. Ricky and receptionist, Lanh prepared pack sandwiches with bottled water, such a nice gesture as they know we would be travelling by train that night.

What a little gem! This hotel far exceeded our expectations. Big, clean rooms with robes, tea, coffee, water. Set in a great location about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Sapa, which is perfect for a quiet night's sleep. Beds and pillows were super comfy. Breakfast was excellent and you could order as much hot food as you wanted with lots of variety. The staff are what really made our stay - David was amazing! He was so helpful, kind and chatty. Couldn't recommend this place more.

We had a very pleasant stay here! Rubby is very kind and friendly! She always checking on us and make sure everything is good. They also offered discount for Fansipan ticket.
