Helped us plan our stay, arranged taxis for us and helped us whenever we had any questions! There are also free bikes here which allowed us to visit many places in Hoi an and we thoroughly enjoyed riding them! Also had a convenient basket on the front to put your belongings in and it came with a bike lock! We will miss this place and the staff! They’ve been truly welcoming and understanding given we accidentally checked out late (they didn’t charge us for that)! Thank you Blooms Boutique Village!
