It's a brand new property that's only been open for a couple of months, as such there were a few teething problems but nothing the incredibly helpful staff couldn't assist with. Ms Senna and Ms Marie helped organise everything from changing flights to arranging drivers to discovering the local towns. Towels luxurious, restaurant food exceptional and the setting stunning. We finished a perfect day with a foot massage from the lovely ladies in the spa.

Being older travellers we rode on the back of the bikes for the first time. It was amazing. We could walk to 2 falls to swim and a walk up the mountain from the property. We got to make spring rolls too.

Tua and her family are great, very friendly and always try to help. The food they cook is delicious and big plates. Tua helped us to get a place for a night in another location when we were left by mistake with no place to sleep in. Great place to stay, highly recommended

Guests can have a drink at the snack bar. I have stayed in many hotels in Vietnam. This one was amazing. It was spotless clean, very comfortable, with a super cool air conditioner. The best part, there was a washing machine in the room. When you are bicycling through Vietnam, this was the best find! I highly recommend Juna Hotel.

Charged me an unexpected fee for the second guest although on booking.com showed no extra fee. Then being so rude and we literally feared for ourr life

What an incredible gem tucked away in the rice paddies! Easy to find (brown wooden sign on the left, brightly lit wooden lobby and dining area that was sparkling clean) in a breathtakingly beautiful location with gorgeous views from every angle. The owner was so warm and kind, dinner and breakfast were fresh, homecooked, and delicious, and our room was big and clean with a very comfortable bed. Our friends stayed in other homestays and were amazed by how much space we had! Highly recommend for a stay in the area, well located and perfect for a peaceful vacation.
