A very nice place to keep yourself from Armenia's ruthless sun. There is a swimming pool and a barbeque area. I saw many toys for kids like a trampoline. Nearby, you can go hiking to a lot of beautiful places. Also the owners are very friendly and hospitable people. They keep the place clean and functional.

Exceptionally helpful staff and super comfortable, large room. The staff worked hard to make our stay perfect. We were able to check in early morning and they prepared early breakfast for us on departure. They also did our laundry and ironed! Breakfasts were exceptionally good. 8 min walk from the metro, the hotel is right next to the main cathedral and an easy walk from Republic square. Great food court up the road with wide variety of well priced dishes. We highly recommend this hotel, we are coming back.

Wonderful experience. Great location, tasty breakfast, perfect hot jacuzzi, very nice staff, due to early check out they offered boxed breakfast. We had a lovely spacious room with a huge bed and nice bathroom.

The house is located in very nice and green area 25 minutes from the center of Yerevan. There is very quite and green here. You can listen to the birds singing and watch a beautiful Ararat mounting from your balcony. The house is new with very nice clean bathroom and comfortable beds. There is also a nice common area downstairs with library tennis table and sofas. The host Inna is very friendly and helpful, always responding fast to any requests and sharing the recommendations. A very nice breakfast is included. I would highly recommend this place to all people working remotely as we do.
