As a group of motorcyclists arriving with a mechanical issue, we were in a challenging situation. Your support—helping us find local mechanics and shops, guiding us where to go, and staying with us until everything was resolved—meant more than words can express. You went above and beyond by organizing dinner for us and joining us for the evening, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Even though the weather was still too cold for swimming, the surroundings and the atmosphere more than made up for it. It is non smoking hotel with great interior, big comfortable rooms, great spa center and gym. Hotel is placed in the city center which helps with going through the town. I love music that plays in the hotel. Music is mostly pop rock English style. Breakfast is great. There is lots of tasty food and great coffee.

The apartment is very comfortable, in a great location, close to Panonica and city centre. It is perfectly clean and nicely furnished. Ajla is great, friendly, helps with all information, always smiling and she is excellent host. Apartment is on 10th floor, easily accessible by elevator, the big market is on the ground floor which is very handy. The nice swimming pool and gym is located in the same building as well as a safe underground carpark. The kitchen is beautiful, supplied with all necessary things, lounge room is spacious and modern, wi-fi is very strong. Very nice view from the balcony to the city of Tuzla. Bed is very comfortable. Overall impression is that the apartment deserves very high rating (even more than 10) and it is really a very good value for what you pay. This is a place where you always wish to return.
