Location of JAM is very close to the communication hub what makes it easy to access. Around this place you can find abu dance of shops, cafeterias, restaurants and basiclly everything you need. JAM itself is great looking place with big beds, warm rooms (visit during Autumn) and things that help you during your stay like - hair dryer, ironing board (on a floor accessablee for everyone) and water dispenser.

We used the accommodation for an overnight stay for on our way home from England. The welcome was pleasant, although there was a language problem at first. The host's mother spoke only French in addition to her mother tongue, while we spoke only English and German (or Czech) . Finally everything was fine. The room warmed up quickly, the bed was soft, the bathroom had a bath as well. The breakfast was delicious and the language wall was also over. We can only recommend it.

This is by far the most beautiful and well appointed bed and breakfast we have stayed in. Ann, Lynn and Steven are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Freddie the dog is also great fun, and we are not dog people!! The breakfasts are fresh and very well presented. We agreed the time of the breakfast the night before. The food was excellent - and catered for our requirements. The location is very quiet and private. Beautiful garden, good location to pop into Gent. All round a gem.
