This is by far the most beautiful and well appointed bed and breakfast we have stayed in. Ann, Lynn and Steven are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Freddie the dog is also great fun, and we are not dog people!! The breakfasts are fresh and very well presented. We agreed the time of the breakfast the night before. The food was excellent - and catered for our requirements. The location is very quiet and private. Beautiful garden, good location to pop into Gent. All round a gem.

B&B does not do Sett justice! This is much more Boutique Hotel. We had an amazing stay, the location and surroundings were beautiful, the ideal location for this stunning building. Fantastic food with great service from all. Strongly advise booking the evening meal.

Beautiful landscape, georgeus garden, tidy traditional buildings. The host Anja is helpful. I enjoyed sitting in the pool and looking at the landscape. The fitness area was great as well.

The owners, Jo and Nicole couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. Very friendly with helpful advice on the local area and the best way to walk to the railway station. The breakfast menu varied each day I was there and afforded me the chance to try breakfast different foods 'out of my comfort zone." Delicious!

So natural, a wonderful rustic rural experience in an authentic garden home. A very memorable stay. There is a natural pond which we were allowed to wild swim in after a very hot day cycling. Which was wonderful. Thank you
