The accommodation and the entire complex are truly exceptional. Everything is very clean, well-maintained, and beautifully presented. The breakfast was wonderful, and the atmosphere was warm and friendly, thanks to the owners and the staff. A special thank you to the manager Elisa and the owner, Vladiano, for their care and attention, which made my stay particularly pleasant.

The location for us was exactly what we wanted: not in the city but close enough to the airport for a midday flight. Everything about R.I.O. exceeded our expectations. The elegant room was beautifyully furnished with high quality furnishings. The pool and gardens were absolutely amazing. The staff were attentive and extroardinarly kind and helpful. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the shower was fantastic. Perhaps the very best thing about R.I.O was the owner/chef Olivier who cooked the most amazing meals for us in the rooftop restaurant. He is a true professional who has created a little piece of Paradise overlooking the dunes in Combuco where the breakfast croissants and baquette are better than we have ever had in France. We will spend the rest of our travelling days looking for reasons to re-visit Combuco so that we can stay much longer at R.I.O. next time.

The owner of the hotel was incredibly attentive and detail-oriented. After I informed them that I couldn’t eat gluten, they went out of their way to reserve special gluten-free snacks for me. :) It made me feel like I was being cared for by my Nonna (grandma).

The employees were very patient as we didn't speak portuguese. The breakfast was plentiful and good. All the food was delicious. Didn't get to try the facilities but they looked good The cottage was clean, stocked and spacious. The grounds were very well maintained.

It is beautiful pousada with charming garden and a big swimming pool. We enjoyed the location, just 3 minutes walking from the beach, 7 minutes from the center of the town. The pousada has lots of beautiful plants and places to relax. Fantastic breakfast with lots of options! Very professional staff.

Great breakfast. Great location, the beach is just 50 meters away! Nice room with AC, fridge, and smart TV. Bathroom with a big shower! Long swimming pool with a less deep place to relax after kitesurfing.
