This is a very nice, spacious, clean two bedroom apartment with great views of the mountains and bonus sounds of the waters from the mountains gushing near the building. It sounded like we were next to a river which we enjoyed. A huge balcony welcomes you to the outdoors and those mountain views. This was a last minute add on to our trip and the hosts were incredibly nice to accommodate an early check in for us which we appreciated immensely. The hosts were very communicative and quick to respond to any questions. Our only regret is that we only stayed one night! Next time we will stay longer!

This Chalet-hotel is really on a high level. located literally in the middle of Kandersteg main road. in-front of a supermarket & 10mins walk to Oeschinensee gondola. Very nice & clean facilities. A very friendly & helpful guy in the reception, who gave me a discount voucher for the gandola, free bus ride & discount to Blausee. bottom line - AMAZING STAY. will come back.

The staff was very friendly and the service was great. We were upgraded to the suite since the hotel was not overbooked. The spa was great with lots of different saunas. The surrounding mountain views were spectacular.

Me and my husband are travelling a lot and over the last 10 years we`ve been to many great hotels. The Cambrian from now on will be on our top list. Let me list just a few things that impressed us: 1) beautiful interior! the hotel is new and designed with a style and comfort. Rooms are of a good size and the view from the balcony was just breathtaking! You can find everything that you need in the room including the tea and coffee maker. The cosmetics in the bathroom are the best quality too. 2) for the breakfast everyone will find something for himself as there is plenty of choice. We also had dinner in the hotel and we equally enjoy it 3) The spa zone offers saunas, steam room, interior and exterior pools and the relaxing area. We love them all! And they are a great addition to your stay when you are traveling in the low season 4) finally the location of the hotel - close to the city center, restaurants and for walking trips 5) last not least, the Reception customer service and all the hotel personnel who we met. They are all very kind and helpful! I was greatly surprised when they remembered about our anniversary and left a message in our room. And I was even more touched when my husband left a computer mouse in the room while we checked out - and the hotel contacted us and sent us this computer old mouse by post to our home address! Yes, The Cambrian are exceptional! We will be returning and recommending this beautiful place!

This hotel’s location is truly fantastic, as it is situated directly in front of Mürren BLM Station, so there is no need to walk a long distance while pulling heavy luggage. Our party consisted of six people—four stayed in a family room, and the other two stayed in a separate room. The family room had a balcony and was equipped with one queen bed and two single beds, which comfortably accommodated four people. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bedding and furnishings were all well-prepared and in excellent condition. From the balcony, we had a clear view of the Silberhorn and the Jungfrau mountain behind it. The balcony offered a splendid view of the beautiful landscape of Mürren. All the front desk staff were very kind. The breakfast at the hotel was also of high quality. There was a wide variety of food, and everything was very fresh. During breakfast, a waiter came to each table to take drink orders, such as coffee, tea, or hot chocolate (included in the breakfast). The view from the breakfast restaurant windows was also wonderful. Our entire family was extremely satisfied with our stay.
