Im impressed. Till till this time it's my favorite hotel. I would to come back again. This hotel has a wonderful spa where you can find everything you need or you want even a solarium. Hot pool outside, everything you like. Service cleaning two times a day. İn the evening cleaning they left you some chocolate. İt so sweet. Location is perfect.. The Bahnhofstrasse and the center is about 3km. The hotel has His own Station is Dolder Station. So you can go to the city by train or shuttle. The meal is so gurme and tasty. Thank you for everything 🌸.

Great location to get in & around the city easily - short walk to tram stop for routes right to station & lakeside. It was my second time here and it confirmed my opinion, Crown Plaza Zürich is a beautiful hotel to stay in, all the staff without exception were kind and professional. Spacious room with comfortable bed and very good wifi signal. The breakfast was really good and complete, both savory and sweet, with a chef preparing delicious homelettes and eggs on the spot. The welness area is really relaxing with all comforts. A very positive stay that met all my expectations.
