I loved everything about this hotel. The staff were fantastic and all spoke English which was great since I don't speak German. The restaurant and bar staff were particularly exceptional and went out of their way to entertain my 4 year old daughter - thank you so much! The complimentary hotel shuttle was the best part - used it throughout our stay to pick and drop from the airport so we could catch the direct train into the city center. The swimming pool is small but really cute and clean - was a bit cold though. We didn't get to see everything we wanted during our short so we'll be returning to Hamburg and will definitely stay at the same hotel.

Location is excellent close to bus stop and U-Bahn Station and is in a quiet green area. Reception staff was friendly and hotel was clean and well-maintained. Rooms are comfortable and large and nicely furnished.
