Location was nice. All crew was helpful. Room size was great. Also items such as the oven and washing machine in the room were very useful. We arrived City early, and tried to have early checkin. And reception staff helped us for early checkin.

We had really pleasant stay. Our apartment was more that we expected. Very clean, super comfy beds, amazing shower. Kitchen very well equipped if you like to cook like us. From the first moment of check-in staff was amazing and helpful. Sabrina helped us to order pizza and made us feel welcomed at every step. Pool was unfortunately closed(which we knew before booking anyway) but sauna and small gym was open, super clean and fun....Overall we will be back for sure

The location is great for vacation. You can have nice view, big enough park for 1 hour walking, and canal for Canoe there. They also have swimming pool and Sauna (but I did not use it). The service is nice, and the room is quiet. People are not complicated there and thus you can get a good rest. In the town center (Poppenbüttel) you will get shopping and whatever you want.

This is an apartment hotel with suites including a bedroom and a living room. In the livingroom there is a sofa bed so up to four people can sleep in the apartment. The apartments are not small, especially if you are lucky to get one of the extra large ones. The rooms are not disturbed by noice from the outside. The restaurant serves good food at decent prices. You can get room service at no extra cost which is great if you want to avoid crowds during the never ending covid season. We had the rump steak which was really good! See picture... Parking is in the basement under the building. Costs €12 per day.
