We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed, and meeting Ali Shaban was a highlight – his professionalism and kindness set the tone for our experience. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and full of delightful surprises, like the creative towel art left by housekeeping each day. The buffet was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The entertainment programs in the evenings were engaging, and we thoroughly enjoyed the additional activities, especially the artificial wave and tennis facilities.

I had a great stay overall, with many positives and just one disappointing experience at the end. First, the hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of appearance—it actually looks even better than the pictures on booking sites. At check-in, the receptionist was very accommodating, providing the room I requested and even allowing early check-in, which started my stay off perfectly. The room was spacious, newly renovated, comfortable, and clean, with excellent housekeeping service from Fathy. All the staff offered great customer service, especially in the main restaurant and the snack bar. The beach, while rocky, is easily accessible with a short walk, and sea shoes make it safe for kids to swim. The coral reef is one of the best in Sharm el-Sheikh, especially on calm days without wind. The variety of food was good, though it did become a bit repetitive. The kids' club staff were wonderful with the children, and the animation team was fantastic, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. Unfortunately, my experience was slightly spoiled after check-out. About an hour After leaving my room and I had already checked out at the reception and was ready to exit with my car, a security guard at the main gate asked me to wait while they checked the room. I found this unprofessional and honestly disrespectful—I mean, what did they expect to find? Did they think I’d try to take the TV or pillows? I’ve never encountered this in any other hotel, even within JAZ hotels. While I truly enjoyed my stay, this ending left me feeling disappointed and upset, which was a shame after such a lovely experience.

I stayed in this hotel last year, and enjoyed it, so decided to return this year. I was in a swim-up room (again), which is on the adults only level. Almost every time I went in the swim-up pool, it was just me in there, which was lovely. The cleaner on my floor was friendly and efficient. I had a very relaxing stay, and will probably return next year.

We booked the hotel for 9 nights, and we loved it , the food was excellent, kids never complained, they was so much choice with the buffet, the staff was very friendly especially the life guards and staff at the slides, a big thanks to Marwan on the slides and Yasir and Mahmood at the swimming pool, also Islam who used to do clean our room did s excellent job, he went that extra mile to make animals out of the towels, the location is also close to Naama Bay center and soho market

Great experience in this resort, good cooking with five international restaurants (you need booking two darsi in avance by Qr-code) 2 buffets with high- medium quality, so we ate really well, helpul staff, above all Ehab our friend-staff in Waterfall and relaxing pool. The coraline barrier is great and also the numerous swimming pool. Every night something to do in the arena, like spectacule or music. We hope to come back again!

They have great entertainment for kids at the pool with water fountains and slides. I liked the swimming pools and not so many slides either. it’s perfect to be able to enjoy comfortably without getting so tired.
