Super clean apartment, excelent attitude of the owner - patient, helpful, reliable. Great position. Restaurants and shops are around and its close to the city center and underground. Great parking and great swimming pool. This was the best accomodation I have ever had in Madrid. I can just reccomend, hopefully i will return some day.

Very nice new apartment. Despite +3 degrees outside it was very warm with controllable built in air-conditioning system. Fast internet. Two separate bathrooms. Secure access. Quite. Easy check in / check out. Big free parking area nearby. Metro, restaurants and shops in walking distance.

Our host Isidoro and his nephew are absolutely wonderful to give us a warm welcome and accomodated our request for earliee check in. The apartment is exactly as shown in the picture and is extremely well maintained and very very clean. Location is fantastic-only steps away from metro and can accommodate parking at the underground garage. It is very helpful to have the flexibility to travel to Madrid city centre either by driving/taking the metro. I am especially thankful to our host being able to keep our jamon for a couple of days for our pick up at a later date after we accidentally left them in the fridge upon check-out. This is a great place to stay when visiting Madrid.

highly recommend it. The apartment is well-maintained, clean, and modern. The complex has a swimming pool, a playground, and a tennis court. There is 24-hour security, so you can safely leave your car in the garage. It’s a very pleasant and peaceful area. The apartment owner is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.
