A quite peaceful location , with mountain views and nature all nearby, nice wooden cottage. Also - Amazingly hospital owners (Thanx, Natali!) That's what has been referred as "Caucasus hospitality" in the Soviet (and not only soviet) times. And yes - now we know - where we can stay when visiting Kazbegi region next time.!)

The views are the reason to go here and they do not disappoint. The room was great, the balcony as well. The restaurant there is very nice, the breakfast is exceptional, there is a nice bar as well. For Georgia, this is not cheap, but it is really worth it!

We absolutely loved the vibrant atmosphere of the apartment and its excellent location. The space is quite spacious, even for three people. We are especially grateful to the hosts for allowing us to stay with our dog. The host is very kind and responsive, always available to help! Highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

The stay was phenomenal. The room is spacious, clean and has amenities for even the longest stay. It's a cozy apartment, almost like home. Not to mention how central it is to everything. The best haunts, the gondola is a 2 minute walk and one can literally ski right to the doorstep! Iryna, the host and Zuzhuna the caretaker are very friendly and helpful and catered to every request promptly. Heater, hot water, washing machine, everything in perfect working order.

The Owner Giorgi is a great man. Did everything to make sure the stay was comfortable. The place was too good for the value of Money. I cant express in words how accomodating the Owner was. Loved everything about it. The property has everything you need.
