Everything good quality and impeccably presented. Only stayed one night to be near the airport but had time to enjoy the pool and comfortable loungers. Within easy walking distance of several restaurants, mini market and beach. Lovely host, nothing too much trouble.

Everything was amazing. The pool area is very comfy, the rooms are clean and modern. Special thanks to Konstantina who helped us with everything. She let us stay in the pool after the check-out, helped us with the transfer and gave us nice tips for Santorini. We’ll come back for sure :)

Our stay was truly wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The house is very spacious, neighboring two other similar properties. It consists of two bedrooms (each with its own bathroom) and a kitchen–living room area in the middle. In my opinion, it can comfortably accommodate more than four people. Outside, there is a beautiful terrace with a pool. The pool is more for leisure and relaxation than full swimming, but it serves its purpose perfectly. Around it, you’ll find sunbeds and an outdoor sofa. The terrace is accessible from every room, which is very convenient, and it offers wonderful views of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped, as are the other rooms. The house is located directly on the beach, so you can easily go for a swim and return to relax by the pool. The beach is rocky, as is the sea access, but it’s very clean and wonderfully quiet—almost as if you are on a deserted island. The sea can sometimes be wavy and a bit difficult to swim in. Beach sunbeds are also available at the accommodation to take with you. If you prefer a sandy beach, there is one at Monolithos, though in our opinion it’s not as nice as the local one. There are a few restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance, but better restaurants are a bit farther away. A rental car is highly recommended, as the main Santorini attractions are not within walking distance. That said, we did notice that the bus service runs frequently, with bus stops located all around the island. Finally, we would like to sincerely thank our host, Beathrice, for waiting until 1 AM to check us in (our flight was delayed by three hours) and for kindly offering us a ride from the airport in case our rental car booking fell through.

The villa itself is great, looks new and clean and the view is amazing, right at the sea. We stayed as a group of 6 and it was very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, but no one was complaining about the noise either, as we were on a girls trip. The swimming pool and beach beds were great and we even used the bbq. I also really liked the treatment that we received from the staff. We had food in our fridge just in case we had nothing to eat on the first day. The cleaning was always on time and the host was always online and happy to help with any questions. He also booked taxis and gave recommendations if needed. Thank you for that

The Villa was very well.proportioned with three huge bedrooms with comfortable super king sized beds, tvs and all with their own adjoining bathrooms. It was spotlessly clean inside and out with daily pool clleaning and housekeeping. The outside area was cleaned early in the morning but quietly, and inside at around 11am The kitchen is well equipped for those who want to self cater. The location is very close to the airport and although it is a little removed from the busier areas of Fira and Oia, Monolithos has a quiet beach and lovely restaurants. We had a car and it was only 7 minutes into Fira and 20 to Oia. It was the perfect spot to explore the island and come back to a nice quiet area with our own pool. Spyros was there to great us and give us any information we needed and was at the end of the phone if we had an questions. Don't be put off by any negative reviews, they are completely unfounded (yes the planes fly overhead but it really causes minimal disruption). Couldn't recommend this villa highly enough.

To begin with, the communication with the hosts were very clear and prompt. Poppi responded to all my queries. The hotel arranges for pick up from the port at a reasonable price of 20 euro for two persons. On check-in, we were greeted with a warm smile and some great coffee. Necterios was kind enough to guide us through the must do locations and how to cover Santorini in a time bound manner. They have their own bus tour as well which we could not do since we had a pre booked tour - but the spots the hotel covers is similar to what other tour operators provide. In fact the tour of the hotel is more cost effective. Coming to the room, it was as it was depicted - pick and span and neat and clean. The size of the room was decent with a clean washroom. The room was cleaned everyday as well. The location is right at the Fira centre with markets, shops and bus stations all at a walking distance of 2 minutes. In fact, the most important benefit of this place is it's location which makes commute easy. They also arranged for an early morning drop to the Airport. All in all, a recommended place for a good stay at Fira at a reasonable price.

The kindness of our hosts Anna and Artemis is beyond compare. The hotel is charming, clean with a lovely view of the beach and a nice swimming pool. When our taxi to the airport at 4am didn't arrive, Artemis took us to the airport himself, which I don't think a lot of people would do. We really appreciated this :)

The location of the house is amazing. Peaceful and quiet, 15 minutes away from Fira. Maria is a fantastic host, always present when we needed. The interior design is on a supreme level and is equal to VIP standards. The same applies to the exterior, with the swimming pool and the jacuzzi ideally situated with a sea view. Recommended! We will come back.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Planned to arrive late at night, so Harry contacted me in advance and arranged a transfer. My ferry was delayed, but I received a warm welcome at the hotel and a room upgrade! I was asked about my breakfast choice the night before, and the it was served to my room at my preferred time. Brand new, clean, modern design and excellent quality - hotel facilities are of a high standard. Loved the swimming pool with a jacuzzi! The hotel is just a 4 min drive to the airport.

We really loved the place! We spent a few days in family. The staff and the owners are super nice and helpful with everything. (Transfer, rent car, advises, etc..) Nice swimming pool and pool bar with view on the sea. The hotel is in a quiet area of Santorini. Still there is a few great restaurants around. This is the perfect place for a chill and relaxing break. Thank you for these lovely days. We will keep great memories of it :)

Everything (location, room, the swimming pool, helpful staff). The Monolithos beach is just 100 m away. Highly recommended.

This property is very clean and very well maintained and the villa is so beautiful and it has kitchen vessels to cook if needed ..Both the owners are so friendly and are helpful.This is so neat to bus stop just 5 min walk ..Beach is also 5 min walk…Swimming pool is so good…I should mention the breakfast awesome one….
