We have traveled a lot and seen many nice places, but this was really top notch! The first thing we noticed was the beautiful location, right by the beach. Then we noticed the beautiful buildings, the lighting, the styling and decorations, the background music, and how clean and tidy it was everywhere. The attention to details is just next level. We were very happy with our room (pavillion no. 100) nearby the pool, and I'm sure all the other rooms are great as well. Nice pool, plenty to choose from the menu, all the amenities were great. And last but not least, the staff!! From the driver picked us up at the airport, and throughout our stay the staff was just super friendly, professional and excellent in every way. We will remember our stay at the Lombok Oberoi for the rest of our lives. A highly recommendable 5-star experience!

Everything was perfect! The room and bathroom have hot water and are tastefully furnished, all brand new, with a beautiful window overlooking the nearby rice fields where you can enjoy a stunning sunset. The room is well ventilated, which was greatly appreciated! The location is very convenient, right along the main road. However, since the room is set back from the entrance, I personally didn’t notice much noise from passing vehicles. At night, it’s completely quiet. Outside the room, there’s also a wooden balcony with a romantic view of the sunset. Next to the room, there’s a common area with cozy sofas and a wooden table where you can relax, plus a lovely swimming pool. The breakfast was delicious, and the roselle tea was a nice touch! Truly one of the nicest and best-value accommodations I’ve found during these three months in Indonesia! The owners are very kind and welcoming. Fernando gave excellent advice on what to see nearby and who to contact for a reasonably priced Rinjani trek, including the best route to take.

We've had a wonderful stay in Puri Samaira. Accoo has been extremely helpful and friendly. He's always been very attentive and supportive with whatever we've needed. He added us to whatsapp and this has been a very effective channel to communicate. He brought us food to the room, arranged an excursion to Gili islands, rented scooter and drove us to the airport, among others. The place is clean and confortable, with an amazing swimming pool with waterfall. Nearby, there are a couple of beach bar/restaurants to enjoy the sunset at the beach and spend a very good time: Yomancafé (so tasty fish!) and Sira beach bar, both with wonderful music and chill environment.

It was an exceptional stay for our group of family and friends. Staffs went went above and beyond to make us comfortable, always available to serve us and the kids!! Even they kept the kids engaged and entertained while time with their koi pond and other activities. In house cooking on order and unlimited on demand coffee and juices were a breeze in the hot weather. They even arranged our everyday full day transport and booked snorkelling and paragliding for us on request. Villa manager Susilo were so great with kids, he even went with us voluntarily to paragliding to babysit so we can have fun!! Villa facilities were very good, clean swimming pool, table tennis and pool table were nice. Rooms were aesthetic and very clean with all toiletries provided. In house laundry facility and on demand massage, ladies enjoyed a lot. Will love to come back again to have another blast.

This property is 10 mins away from Bangsal port in a peaceful location in Tanjung. My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. Their staff are contactable via WhatsApp and they were always quick to reply and act on any request. They have a great food selection in their in-house restaurant and awesome breakfast and they can organise activities and give great suggestions of the area. The Gili Islands are about 10-15 mins away by boat and you can organise scuba diving activities within the resort in their 5 star Padi Centre. The pool is wonderfully large and a great way to relax throughout the day. The room was spacious with beautiful free standing bath. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to Damar, Paizin, Rosman, Wika, Mira, Yani, Munir and the rest of the team for making our stay special.

Spacious, proximity to beach and snorkeling , size of pool, excellent outdoor living. Restaurant next door excellent. Access to Northern Lombok tourist attractions (Lombok Wildlife Park and waterfalls very easy)

I went with my wife, daughter and parents. A group with ages 8 to 70 years old. All of us had a good time there. The gardens were very beautiful with lights at night (perfect for mum), The food was amazing and reasonably priced (good for everyone), The swimming pool is large and well maintained (perfect for my daughter). The rooms were spacious and clean. Lombok wildlife sanctuary is very close. I wish we could have stayed longer.

It is a fantastic lovely place with great gardens and a beautiful swimming pool. The room was also spacious and comfortable, but the jewel was the bathroom. So nice!!

Everything about this hotel is exceptional but I have to say the staff is exceptional. The beach and the swimming pools is out of a fairytale and the quiet elegance of the whole hotel is so good for the soul. The food and service excellent . Afternoon tea such a nice touch. Breakfast outstanding

Stayed for 6 days with my wife and kid. Amazing resort. We stayed in the Ocean View Pavilion. Breathtaking views on the ocean waking up. Breakfast is really great. The swimming pool is nice and you'll have free afternoon tea as well. The clean the room twice a day and the whole staff was awesome.

Accommodation was high standard, well maintained gardens, very nice swimming pool, restaurant overlooking the swimming pool. Good location for waterfalls at northern Lombok. Fairly expensive alcohol.

The rooms were really spacious and clean with lovely bath and outdoor shower. loved the swimming pool and the nature surrounding it. the staff were so friendly and helpful and the restaurant area really nice - food was great too! short walk to the beautiful beach. excellent value for money.
