Villa Morissolina sits at the top of a hill overlooking lake Maggiore. The interior and exterior are gorgeous, giving you the feel of living in a stately home, with service to match! The room was spacious and comfortable. The garden has an incredible view of the surrounding hills and lake. The food is superb, well worth paying for the surprise 5 course menu. The owners are friendly and welcoming and work hard to give their guests a 5 star experience.

The best hotel I had for quite some time. Very nice room, spotless clean. Balcony with lake view. Very nice breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Good location, easy to find, nice little town with friendly locals. Parking provided infront of the house. There is even a lift with lake view.

Lovely spacious 1 bedroom apartment with super views over the pool & towards the lake. Lovely hotel, attentive friendly staff and the most idyllic location right on the waterfront. Fab breakfast, lovely restaurants nearby and a quiet, beautiful base to explore Lake Maggoire.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Cannero as a family with adult children very much. The rooms, the swimming-pool, the restaurant and the tables right next to the water of Lago Maggiore are just great! You can go walking or hiking in the Cannero village or the nearby mountains right off from the hotel door. We will definitely come again and enjoy the peaceful and relaxing setting and dedicated service!

This is an excellent hotel, located right at the lakeside and with a good outdoor pool. The breakfast was exceptional with so much choice and a wonderful view across the lake, sitting outside most days. Our room was huge - a suite and the housekeeping staff kept it very clean each day - we were here for a week. The staff were almost all very friendly and helpful

Great location by the lake. We really enjoyed the opportunity to go for a morning/evening swim. Also the pool area is nice. Good selection for breakfast. The village itself is beautiful and not as crowded as many others.
