This agriturismo is absolutely gorgeous! The pictures are not even close to doing it justice. It is the perfect blend of the old Italian country style and modern amenities. There is nothing about the place that detracts. The pool was big, clean, and with an amazing view. The food was local and homely (usually the yield of the latest hunt) but tasted great. The room had everything we needed and there were so many beautiful and quiet nooks and crannies outside. On top of all of this, the hosts are warm, welcoming, accommodating, and able to communicate well in English. We had booked 3 nights originally but ended up staying 6 because we simply couldn't get ourselves to leave.

A simply stunning location. Our stay was everything we hoped for and more and we were very sad to leave. Manfredi is a superb and welcoming host who makes the best focaccia in Italy! We were treated to fresh loaves each morning for breakfast along with his own olive oil. He even had English breakfast tea and milk which was brilliant as a tea drinker travelling in Europe. Ginger and Macchia, the cats, were very cute. A must stay if you are in the area.

We stayed in the Ignite Apartment on the first floor (stairs only). It was a spacious one-bedroom apartment with views of the countryside and San Gimignano. It is a very old building with thick walls, keeping it cool although there is an airconditioning unit in the hallway between the living area and bedroom. The kitchen area was small with a fridge, small dishwasher and kettle. Instruction cards for the dishwasher and microwave were helpful. The elements for cooking were slow to heat up but did the job eventually. There was a table and chairs and a sofa. The bed was a kingsize and comfortable. Outside there were sunloungers and tables and chairs under the trees or in the sun. The pool was lovely. We did some washing using the machine in the reception building. It was E5 a load and there were plenty of drying racks at the side of the building to hang it on. We also did a wine tasting and bought some wine from the vineyard. You could walk up to San Gimignano if you don't mind a bit of a walk. We enjoyed our few days there as it was very relaxing.

Very nice location in the middle of a winetard and olivetrees plantation, with view on San Gimigniano. We were offered a wine tasting and a dinner. We went for the dinner and we enjoyed everything. Breakfast was served on the terrace outside in a pleasant and calm atmosphere. Very nice and large room in a building next to the main one. A pool was available but unfortunately we had no tine to try it out.

Wonderful location . Rooms are immaculate . The homemade food was delicious. We booked three rooms as a family of five. Lovely refreshing swimming pool. Peaceful and beautiful views just 10 minute drive from San Gimignano. Tuscany is beautiful and this property is the epitome of it! Strongly advise to book in for the evening meal if available - just stunning.

The front garden was nicely laid out, and the ample parking space was very convenient. Additionally, the place was clean, with a well-maintained swimming pool and surrounding areas.
