The customer service was outstanding, with every detail attended to promptly and warmly. The rooms are impeccably clean, fresh, with great aesthetics and beautifully maintained, creating a perfect child friendly space to relax and unwind. The atmosphere felt both homely and luxurious, making it hard to leave. I highly recommend Hazel’s condo to anyone visiting Nakuru — it’s a gem where comfort, cleanliness, and genuine care meet in the best way possible.

The house was quite comfortable. We liked the intentionality with which facilities were provided. From little trinkets that differentiated the space like hooks next to the jacuzzi. Throw blankets. Kitchen facilities in plenty. The decor was quite nice (the blue cupboards are an idea we might borrow 😅). The convenience of the restaurant next door made it such a comfortable stay. And a plus... My wife was very pleased.

Very friendly helpful staff made us feel very welcome. Our room was extremely spacious and comfortable and quiet. The swimming pool was very clean and pleasant to swim in. Restaurant food and service were of high quality.

Excellent place to stay, some 40 minutes to Lake Nakuru main gate. The house has everything you need, Swimming pool of the adjacent lodge only couple of footsteps away. Beds have very comfy mattresses. Loved it! Stay here if you can.
