They accommodated our request to leave the luggage securely in a room couple of hours before check in time. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and facilities and had everything we needed for our stay. The manager (Lalantha) went above and beyond his duties to get us a 19 litre bottle of drinking water for the dispenser. Thanks you Lalantha. Good 24 hour security. Reserved parking is a good bonus. Will definitely stay again.

This was an amazing stop. We stayed on the 34th floor. View was amazing you can see lotus tower from the balcony. The swimming pool is great. They have an air conditioned room to sit in while the kids swim and a play area by the pool. kFC and Pizza Hut very close 3 supermarkets within walking distance they also have options to eat in them. There are some nice Sri Lankan food places near by as well. We had a two bedroom apartment there were 3 air conditioned units in it one in each bed room all worked well. One shower has good pressure the water was not hot hot but was ok. It is very clean and tidy. The agent is awesome sent details through prior to arrival and was available via what’s app if we had any questions That it does need is pool towels there are not any only white towels at the pool is difficult. They have washing machine so you can wash them and a drying rack on the balcony. What would have been nice would have been instructions on how to use the TV we just didn’t watch it and was not a big deal we could have asked if we wanted to.

When we first went, Mr. Mohan welcomed us with a smile. He was very polite. Even though we stayed at home, we had the comfort of a hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The rooms have air conditioning. special refrigerator. We had breakfast together and chatted. The pool was great fun. It was a very nice experience for me. It was my best 5 days in Colombo. If I come again I will meet Mr. Mohan again.
