It's a lovely hotel. Wonderful view from the window, wonderful staff, varied and delicious breakfasts, a large selection.The restaurant is located on the top floor with a beautiful view of the city and the sea. Fleury's restaurant manager is a respectful and sociable young man, always polite and always ready to help. We liked absolutely everything!

We loved the property because it was a nice, calm and relaxing place away from the wild turistic chaos of Ulcinj. The appartment was spatious and clean. Beautiful pool! Nice location just outside the city centre of Ulcinj, close to olive gardens, some small beaches, a few nice restaurants. The city centre is close by if you want to go, but you have all you need close by. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything !! The owner is extremely kind and careful. Always making sure we are feeling comfortable and giving us many tips about Ulcinj and around. The dorm looks like private room (with ensuite bathroom) so it does not feel like usual dorms. There is more privacy. Every bed has curtains., plug and lamp. It s super clean and comfy and the terrace full of flowers is a nice place to chill! Great location only 15 min from old town

Fantastic place, fantastic owner, fantastic villa. Never before has anyone welcomed us like Miroslav. Villa very clean and fully equipped, has more than you need. Great swimming pool, maintained daily. Beautiful place. If you are thinking about booking, book now, you won't regret it! The list of advantages would be too long. The most important thing for us: - contact with the owner, - own swimming pool, - fully equipped outdoor kitchen.

Everything was perfect! Miroslav is a very hospitable man, he made our vacation so comfortable, we could ask anything! Facilities are great! We had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time at the we-equipped outdoor kitchen and enjoyed the swimming pool and sun beds. Another good point that there is a pizzeria nearby (cooking not just pizza though) with delicious food and pleasant prices, so we went there twice when we didn't want to cook. The nearest beach is not crowded at all having some shady spots due to the trees.
