Such a beautiful property. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is lovely - serene and calm and the perfect place to stay for Sacred Valley. The gardens are very peaceful and quiet Our room was great - large and really well appointed and very relaxing. The breakfast was fantastic - lots of choice and the Spa was fantastic. The gym is also excellent. The team were all very good but a special mention to Andres, Luis, Wally and Diana who took great care of us and delivered exceptional personalised service. I had a treatment at the Spa with Yesica who was also fantastic .

Our stay at Andenia was absolutely wonderful. We were celebrating our engagement and the staff took special care of us, and were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I was even having some issues with insomnia, and they were considerate enough to coordinate an appointment with the nearby hospital. The property is absolutely gorgeous and bungalow rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff brings by hot bottles for the bed each night, will set up the fireplace on request, and food from the restaurant can be ordered directly to the room via Whatsapp. There is also an on property laundry service for those who are doing extended traveling. You are just 10 minutes from Urubamba and can coordinate cab services (though we recommend taking the colectivo shared vans, which are incredibly cheap and efficient). Be sure to take full advantage of the amazing hikes in every direction - when you return, the recently installed pool and hot tub are lovely for an early evening, post-hike hot/cold dip.

Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. The location was beautiful, the food was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and did everything to make sure we had a great time. I planned an engagement at the hotel and they put me in touch with Alejandro who did everything to make sure it went perfectly, which it did. I'm so thankful to him and his team for making it so special.

We loved absolutely everything! from the moment the round door opened, revealing the incredible interior, our jaws dropped and we just didn't want to leave. very helpful and friendly staff who always join in helping with serving meals, be it in the dining room or in the garden. Absolutely amazing meals, lunch and dinner! They helped us organise day tours which were brilliant. Every corner and area you look at, simply takes your breath away. Love, love, love

A highly recommended hotel just outside of Urubamba and also very close to the train station for MP. The communication from the start has been quick and efficient. The manager was super friendly and helped us with everything and making sure our stay was perfect. The room was spacious and well decorated and the house keeping staff have a great sense of humour. The breakfast was a great way to start the day too! Laundry service was quick as well.

Everything was amazing, from the exterior, which was what first caught my eye, to the interior, which is even more exuberant. The facilities too, although I did not have time to try the swimming pool. The shower was great too and there's even a yoga/meeting room, balconies, reading area, it's just sublime.

Beautifull hotel. Unfortunately the swimmingpool was closed due to maintanance when we were there. One time a cold shower, one time no water. When the cook is not there you cannot order food. The hotel is situated in the middle of nowhere. Still we had a good time. The garden is beatifull. Urumbamba and Ollantaytambo are easy to reach by taxi. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel and staff were amazing! They went above and beyond to make my stay there wonderful. The view from my room was breathtaking looking over the mountains. It was extremely relaxing with so many amenities (spa, hot tub, swimming pool, massage services, hammocks by the river... just to name a few).

All suites have views of the mountain. It was a good place to acclimatize before you go up Machu Picchu. Beautiful garden, excellent food selections for breakfast. The grounds are very well-kept. You can pretty much stay there for days and be happy. The indoor pool was very welcoming after a day's hike.

The Hotel is only 16 minutes from Ollantaytambo train station. Staff was absolutely wonderful and tried to do their best to make us feel comfortable. The hotel could have been wonderful because of the swimming pool/play area
