Great spot for motorbikers travelling to/from Transfagarasan. The owner with his family were all very nice people with a smile on their faces. A great dinner we had at the restaurant on the spot.

Very hospitable hosts! The place is quiet and peaceful, located near the river. The rooms are cozy, clean, and comfortable. We stayed during the cold season, and it was pleasantly warm inside. There is a large kitchen with a dining area that has everything you might need. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

This place rocks! We were 7 people, 3 big Toyotas and 1 dog, we booked same day and it all went amazing, we asked the owners to turn on the heating a bit more for us as we were cold and wet from the weather and they did all that and even went the extra mile and got us some clothes drying racks and we checked in so smooth, everything was ready, everything was working, simply amazing! The house is extremely spacious, modern, immaculately clean, fully equipped, amazing yard, stunning views. Couldn't have asked for more. Will be back. Highly recommended!

The owners were incredibly nice and helpful, replying fast to any questions and making recommendations and socialising with us The rustic charm of the chalet is hard to match or find anywhere else apart from an ethnographic museum. The modern touches here and there made things comfortable and convenient. The local area is incredibly beautiful and there are a lot of tourist attractions for both children and adults, from themed parks to natural deer reservations.

We have hardly been in nicer accommodation. If you have the possibility, choose a room in the attic. It is beautiful. It was very warm, we even opened the windows at one point to cool off a bit. We went in November. Every detail in the room is thought out. The staff is super friendly. The villa is part of a complex, which is beautiful for walking and relaxing. Great recommendation. We will definitely be back.

It was perfect place on the Transfagarashan road close enought to visit the Balea lake and Sibiu. Hanul has nice large pool to relax. Also basic, but tasty and not expensive menu in the restaurant. Our room has nice balcony with the mountain view.

Good dinner but average breakfast. Although food was good there were not many choices. Room was big, quiet and we enjoy the terrace looking over the mountains. It was warm and we missed a fridge in the room. Overwall a nice experience and good place to stay for transfagarasan route. Swimming pool area looks amazing I went to check but we arrive late, tired and had no time for swimming although we made the booking for this reason.

The swimming pool is great. Open to 21. Good dinner, but you need to pay extra. Rooms were clean with nice view to mountains

We really enjoyed our one night here. The rooms were basic but very clean and with a great view from the balcony. The swimming pool was great and you can use it free if staying at the hotel. The staff were all lovely.
