From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for the entire stay. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with luxurious amenities and comfortable accommodations that made me feel right at home. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel, from the elegant decor to the top-notch facilities, truly sets it apart. During my stay, I encountered a small issue, however, I was absolutely blown away by the incredible customer service and professionalism displayed by the staff and the general manager. They took immediate action to address the issue and went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best experience possible. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the general manager, who were attentive, courteous, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional service. Their proactive approach to resolving the issue demonstrated their unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. Special thanks to the Restaurant Manager Mohammed who look after us during breakfast. Thanks to their efforts, my stay at the hotel was nothing short of perfect, and I left with wonderful memories that will stay with me for a long time. Staff welcoming Clean and quiet

Well maintained and equipped with everything you might possibly need for a family stay, even little things like utensils, slippers and BBQ stuff. They had smart TVs with working wifi in every other room so nobody had to fight over what to watch. The pool has a heating system, it was nice to have a warm dip in the cold weather. Great place to spend the weekend especially if you have kids.

The place for relaxs and enjoy the mood of Thaif area. Not too crowd with others. The best Hostel that i ever met so far.

If any one coming from Dammam/Khobar or Riyadh for umrah, this is the best hotel to stay in. Hotel location is amazing, It's super clean and hotel staff is very friendly. Response to any type of request is fats. Definitely, will stay again.

I enjoyed my stay at Remaj hotel. The Staff was so friendly and welcoming. They provided excellent customer service. I only spoke English and I was so surprised to see most of the staff spoke English. Their restaurant and food was amazing! I would highly recommend them and I would definitely stay there again if I visit Taef again.
