The hotel is very cozy yet extremely clean and luxurious. The location is great and it's about 10 minutes drive to the center and taxis are always available in the area. We booked premium rooms and the view is amazing. All the staff are very kind and helpful which is what we liked most. Room service is great and many delicious Italian dishes. Breakfast is nice with some variety.

We loved everything about the hotel! It was about a one hour trip from Mudanya ferry station to the hotel via taxi. Had no issues to get to the hotel. Immediately upon arrival we noticed how friendly and accommodating staff are. We also got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. The hotel room itself was so clean and comfortable in a stunning and peaceful location. Careful thought was given to the design keeping in mind sustainability. We had the choice to choose our own type of pillow as well! There is only one restaurant nearby so it is more convenient to dine in. The restaurant was a little pricy but most food was local produce and it was well cooked. We found it was cheaper to order in room service. Minibar was free! We had a tour of the spa facilities which looked clean. Big shout out to Gorken who helped us arrange all transportation around Uludag and to Bursa. The hotel have partnership with the taxis so a charge of 900 liras to and from Bursa we found was reasonable. Overall a great stay and would definitely book again!

I like overall atmosphere starting from the lobby, cleanliness of all areas, all types of consumables in the room. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was very good, good choice of food, pastries, sweets, etc. Prepared in front of you eggs are adding some home atmosphere to your breakfast.
