We had a wonderful stay at Bamboo Sapa Hotel. The room with a mountain view was absolutely breathtaking — waking up to such a view was unforgettable. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. The breakfast was delicious and very varied, with plenty of options to choose from. A special mention to Julie, who made our stay even more enjoyable with her kindness and professionalism. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. Highly recommended!

De place is stunning, with a great garden and fantastic views. But most of all the owners are the best, they help you with everything you need. One of us needed some stuff from the pharmacy and they made sure we got it even if it was late in the evening. We would 100% recommend this place.

We had a great time in Sapa staying here. The room was clean, warm & cosy and the staff were friendly and extremely accommodating. Before we arrived I messaged Huyen to ask for advice about getting from Hanoi airport to Sapa, I was expecting her to give some recommendations but she went above and beyond - asking what time our flight arrived and booking the bus for us all the way to Sapa. She even booked a taxi to pick us up off the bus and take us to the accommodation. The same was done when we returned to Hanoi and all we had to do was pay at the end of our stay. This made getting to and from Sapa so seamless and easy for us. While we were there we also organised a day of trekking with Huyen at the hotel. The guide met us at our hotel and led us through the small villages & rice fields which was great. Again, all we had to do was tell Huyen what we wanted to do and she organised it all. The two men who worked there were also great but I didn’t catch their names! We ordered dinner at the hotel after a long day of walking and it was fine and there were vegetarian options. Some of the previous reviews of the food were very critical but it’s worth noting you are in the mountains so food is there to serve a purpose and not the focus of what this hotel has to offer. We were here in January which is winter in Sapa but it was about 16C and sunny so perfect weather for walking. I can only imagine how beautiful the area is in the summer!

We had 2 rooms connected which was great with the kids. View was nice from the pool/deck. There is an outdoor pool (cold) and an indoor heated pool. Gym has kids play equipment in it which was great. You can hire a vest for little kids for swimming very cheap. Restaurants that were good super close by Casa Italian, H’mong restaurant, Sapa Story.

This hotel is great with a stunning view. Breakfast was fantastic with a very nice chef behind the pancake stand. The free shuttle from the city to the hotel and back is amazing, as well as the gym and indoor swimming pool.

Breakfast was very good. Lots of choice and good presentation. The breakfast room is wonderful for it’s architecture at the top of the hotel. The design of all the communal is wonderful. Congratulations to the designer. The indoor swimming pool is the best I ever seen. The all feeling of the hotel isa unique experience. The hotel by itself deserve the trip.

The best hotel during our Vietnam trip! I decided to stay at Hotel de la Coupole MGallery due to the reviews. location and it was absolutely worth it. The hotel has a splendid reception area, the staff serving drinks upon our arrival and the room is spacious and clean. The indoor swimming pool is majestic, kids loved it. On my last day, I forgot my belongings and when I was checking out and they immediately took a photo and show me my belonging. I am totally impressed with their service and will definitely come back again!

This is a brand new hotel so everything is new and nicely decorated, SPA is just fab - you have to try the sauna ritual! Swimming in outdoor pool gives amazing views and you can swim right into indoor hot pool. Breakfast on the terrace with the view on the mountains is also magical! It is one of the best hotels that we’ve stayed in and our kids loved it (specially pools and game room).

View from room and balcony was amazing! Beautiful decor and good facilities with nice indoor swimming pool, gym and pool table. Located slightly out from sapa town so nice and quiet area but very short walk into sapa town( 5mins).
