It’s hard to pick just one thing we liked, because honestly, this was one of the best stays we’ve had in all our extensive travels. Missing out on a place like this would be a real shame, the accommodation, interior, and rooms were absolutely top-notch. The location was also perfect for visiting Kruger National Park. I loved the host. Super friendly and very attentive. Paid a lot of attention to our long list of requests. We were lucky enough to see a few animals at a close range very beautiful felt one with nature. The pictures don’t even do justice it’s a must experience in person. Everything was perfect. We got a personalized stay. Janus, help us to book 2 big 5 safaris and we were lucky to see all the animals. As well, we got a driver, Given, very good guy who always keep the car clean and a smile on his face. The food was amazing, we got one Ostrich carpaccio, amazing taste. The room was more than perfect. I can not express what a memorable experience we got. PERFECT!

We loved everything and wished we could have stayed longer. There was no 11 to rate this place so we gave it a 10. Xavier and Patricia are awesome guests and make you feel at home. The reserve is incredible with animals at your doorstep. The Lodge is stunning and extremely well decorated and the food incredible. Thanks for everything - we will be back !

We had a fantastic time at Safari Moon Lodge! Staff was exceptional. Caroline was amazing, she made us feel at home from the minute we arrived. The lodge is stunning, rooms were huge and beautifully decorated. Breakfast, which was served outdoors in a beautiful garden/pool setting, was delicious. They pay a lot of attention to detail and it was small things like a little snack box for the road, which made the stay extra special. We will definitely come back!

An enchanting place in the middle of nature. Tranquility, absolute privacy, breathtaking landscapes, starry skies. The swimming pool for exclusive use, the barbecue available to guests, the tent equipped for cooking, the professionalism of the manager, Fanie, available to provide information... Note: The last stretch of road, about 13 kilometers, is unpaved. We traveled it with a low rental car. We had no problems but of course you have to go very slowly. During the journey we saw giraffes, impalas, zebras... Spectacular!!! At the entrance to the reserve they sell wood and ice at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!!!
