The information about the lodge was too modest. The food experience we had was outstanding! Totally unexpected from the information given. It wasn’t just a breakfast or a dinner, but a gourmet adventure of international standard!. Credit to the chef Elvis and his support team. The camp is extremely clean and there’s a lot of attention to detail and service. The location of the lodge by a water hole, brings game viewing right to your balcony. What more can a guest ask for?

Very friendly staff. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The food was amazing. We really enjoyed the Wednesday night dinner in the bush. The views of the mountains and the animals near the restaurant were amazing. The hide offered another opportunity to see the amazing wildlife up close. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

Beautiful property with everything you could ask for. The views were amazing too and we saw impala, elephant and giraffe from the patios. Staff were very helpful. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

like the meals they provided every day, and even the high tea before the afternoon safari full of joy the hotel had the best staff, who are full of energe. I would like to say thanks to Helen, she tried her best for us to find the wild animals during the trip. Although we have not collected the "big 5", it's due to the rainy day not her. the staff in the restaurant prepared the suprise for my partner's birthday which we really appreciated.

Our stay at Stroomrivier was exceptional. The location is stunning in the middle of a private reserve where we were visited by rhino and buffalo at our doorstep.
