The large spa area features an indoor pool with panoramic views, a whirlpool, and a sauna area. Massage and wellness treatments are available at a surcharge. A fitness room with high tech equipment and guided fitness and relaxation programs are offered to guests. Our room offered magnificent mountain views that made every day special. We especially enjoyed the spa, with the saunas area standing out as wonderfully tranquil and relaxing. The hotel’s location was perfect, just a short walk to the mountain lifts and very close to numerous hiking trails, which made exploring the outdoors effortless. Overall, it was an excellent stay combining comfort, relaxation, and easy access to nature.

Schlossalmbahn is 700 metres from the property. the apartment was next level. In addition it was super clean and the elements in the apartment were super well thought.

The indoor swimming pool was a game changer as not all our family members can ski. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We liked the friendliness of the staff and their genuine, honest and outgoing nature and at the same time they were not intrusive or too overbearing. Especially Anastasia the hotel manager and the young man on reception from Graz whose name we did not get but both these people are a credit to the hotel and showed us genuine friendly warm welcoming goodwill! We also fell in love with the pool and the view from every angle of the hotel of the beautiful mountains. The breakfast was amazing and tasty with a wide variety of options including champagne breakfast if desired. The breakfast host on our first morning offered us eggs with bacon to order without any difficulty. We requested a balcony and Anastasia duly provided and what a balcony it was with a majestic view of Bad Gastein and the surrounding mountains.
