Perfect location. The room is spacious with amazing view over the river (deluxe room). Spacious bathroom with everything you may need . Nice spa centre and swimming pool. The breakfast is until 11o'clock, wonderful.

Hotel was excellent,clean rooms well equipped well decorated and the smiling faces of this excellent staff made my stay unique as this is hard to find in hotels in Bulgaria.Hotel has also a protected car parking and the restaurant was one of the best i have been.

A good location for a hassle-free stay in Mineralni Bani, D Villa is a guest house surrounded by views of the pool.

The rooms were nice, but we were charged 70lv per person per night and we booked in advance. We arrived and there was a board at the front saying it is 65lv per person per night with breakfast included. So we paid 60lv more in total for the exact same rooms as it was 6 of us and we booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. Then the breakfast was just so bad!!! There was no milk or yogurt offered even though they offered sereals, so sereals were not really an option unless you like them with cold water or something that looked like juice(it was really squash not juice). Then on the first day there was banitsa and toast and stuff you'd put on toast. The second day we arrived there was only toast. They serve breakfast between 8 am and 10 am, but if you arrive around or after 9 am there is nothing left and they don't do very well with restocking.

The rooms were clean and comfy, everything was provided - shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, toothbrush, toothpaste, single use nail file, sewing kit, lots of towels and others. The whole hotel smelled so fresh. The staff was wonderfull, we asked for an additional blanket and it was immediately provided. The spa was good too, the pool was clean and has multiple jakuzzi streams, including a waterfall option. It was a little small, but for us it did not feel overcrowded. All the spa facilities were working and the working hours are from 8am to 8pm. The checkout is till 12:00 which was a big plus for us. We did not use the breakfast option. Overall lovely place and we would definetely visit again.
