The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The restroom was well designed and spotless clean. The common usage areas like the pool, laundry, gym are very accessible and well maintained. It has good proximity to the touristy areas like the Canada Place and Gastown. Overall our stay here was very comfy.

The accommodation was spotless and had everything you could need. Communication with Hong was excellent. The sky train was next door to the high-rise and we purchased a day ticket which gave us access to a wide area. It was even easy to get back to Vancouver Airport. The weather wasn’t good whilst we were there but Hong even had an umbrella by the door which we borrowed!

I genuinely felt like I was staying at a 5 star resort with a touch of home! We’re excited to be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay in Kelowna. Not too far from downtown Kelowna either (15-20min drive). Uber is not difficult to get but might have to wait a bit for it to arrive. There’s so much nature around and it’s beautifully quiet.
