The hotel enjoys an idyllic and quiet location above Wilderswil. It offers panoramic views of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains and of Lake Brienz and features a heated outdoor pool (open April to October, weather permitting). Super nice staff. Due to the flood in Zermatt, we are not sure if we could continue the journey, the hotel staff are very nice allowing us to store the luggage overnight so that we could decide later. Very quiet and clean place.

The bathroom was also spotless, and I loved the large shower with good water pressure. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station, and easy access to the lake and the city center. A huge thank you to Sevenja and Luca — both were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They truly made my stay even more enjoyable and memorable. The rest of the team was just as wonderful — everyone was friendly, attentive, and made me feel at home. It’s rare to find a place that combines such elegance, comfort, and genuine hospitality, and Beau-Rivage does it perfectly. I left with great memories and can’t wait to come back again soon.
