The heated brine swimming pool (34°C), the steam bath and the sauna are perfect places to unwind after a day of skiing or hiking. Our guests are more than welcome to take advantage of the wellness and pool on the day of arrival (before check-in time) and departure (after check-out time). On request and for an extra charge, massages can be organised, as well. The room had a great view which allowed us to see the Matterhorn as well as nearby mountains. The check-in staff ( Karen) was responsible for upgrading our room so that we had such visibility from our balcony. Karen also accommodated us by keeping our luggage since we arrived early. We travelled to 5 cities in Switzerland as a party of 4. We all agreed that our stay in Zermatt at Hotel Arcxa Soilebad & Spa was our favorite!

Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . The indoor pools and the outdoor jacuzzi were the highlights of our stay. The view in the morning was also breathtaking (I recommend a room with a view to the Matterhorn).

During the summer months the outdoor swimming pool is a great place to relax while your children have fun on the playground, in the games rooms, or on the electric car track. The staff interiors as well the restaurant is superb Great view and helpful staff

The garden features sun terraces, a play area and the summer restaurant "Grotto al Sasso", serving traditional Ticino cuisine. Beautiful property and spacious room with luxe feeling. Room had a fantastic view and of course the pool area was just fabulous. We travelled with our baby and the touches for him were so cute and appreciated - they even had a baby bath there we could use !! Everything was top notch and we only had room service dinner but it was great, however the restaurant looked incredible for dinner.

It is possible to relax for free in the sauna, the steam bath, the hot tub and the large pool with 30 °C water temperature and view of the Matterhorn. On request, beauty treatments and massages can be arranged. Amazing location, suite with Matterhorn view makes the stay completely worth it!!!

The property has garden views and is 38 km from Interlaken Ost Train Station and 48 km from Staubbach Falls. The property is non-smoking and is located 38 km from Wilderswil. Very responsive and friendly host, helped us on a few occasions. This place ticked all the boxes and kandersteg was a great little village to visit with loads to do! Lake Oeschinensee is definitely a must see
