Schloss, Zermatt is definitely a must try. It is located just across the main train station, 3mins away from the gornegratt railway, 10mins away from sunnega blauherd station. The main road where everything is from shops, to restaurants, and grocery is just a couple of minutes away. The facilities are amazing with a heated pool, a spa, a big balcony, and a working fridge. Breakfast choices are more than enough and are real good. Plus all room booking include afternoon tea. The staff are lovely and courteous. This hotel is worth every penny.

Our guests are more than welcome to take advantage of the wellness and pool on the day of arrival (before check-in time) and departure (after check-out time). On request and for an extra charge, massages can be organised, as well. Everything was great. Friendly and helpful staff!!! Room is comfy and has everything. We had a family room and 2 balconies..both views were breathtaking. I cant wait to go back. Wish we stayed longer

Amazing breakfast and quite superior from European standards. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Spa was great with heated pool overlooking the Matterhorn. They’ve got some great restaurants. Location was great to go directly Sunnega via the lift.

The spa is perfect with a small pool, a big jacuzzi, a resting room, sauna, hamam and massages options. From there you have a spectacular view on the lake. The restaurant experience was unreal. The quite young chef is Italian and acknowledged to be a future star. I had never eaten so well. Everything from mise en bouche to the desert was made With such care and the association of elements was very original, all with local Valais products. The room was perfect with very confortable beds and a big and beautiful bathroom. A place to go back to as soon as possible.
