The location is spectacular and really remote. The element of disconnect is special, but you MUST plan ahead, if you have connecting trip beyond. We loved the hotel, the living areas were cozy, the bar had great drinks. The restaurant had high end, rich, good food, with great wine pairings. The breakfast was ample with many options. The facilities such as the termes/pools are very special and there are various options if you prefer more privacy vs the view. The fjord/nature really add to it all. The birds and animal life are great. The rooms on their own were really comfortable & cozy. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful when you had inquiries Lastly, you must use the massage service and ask for the book at the front desk. The options are endless and we left rejuvenated.

Our experience at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. Maria (the Manager) provided exceptional customer service and was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. Maria even gave us a lift to the starting point of a hike we were doing outside Futaleufu, and helped us with transport at the end of our stay. A truly wonderful person who deserves recognition for her work. The hotel facilities were excellent. The room was lovely and warm, with very comfortable beds. We had requested a quiet room and Maria met that request. Breakfast was superb, with plenty of choice, delicious scrambled eggs and lemon meringue pie.
