We misten een beetje warmte van het personeel, maar dat is normaal in Tsjechië, waar ze over het algemeen wat afstandelijker zijn.

All of them eager to help and provide 5 stars services! Special mention for Lucie that was very supportive and gave us good hints! Spa area - not very crowded and quite keeping in mind the specific of the hotel-adults only. Food and restaurant atmosphere - extraordinary, deserving the 5 stars 🤩 Weak points - a liitle bit farway of Karlovy Vary and with nothing to do around. At the end weak points could be an advantage to have a quite and relaxing holidays. All the best!

Het Spa Hotel OLYMPIA ligt in het centrum van kuuroord Mariánské Lázně, in de nabijheid van de bossen, spa-parken en heilzame mineraalbronnen. Everything! It was exactly what I wanted, a clean, quiet hotel with good facilities. The staff were all very professional and friendly too. Excellent value for money, having the pool and sauna was a real bonus. I had two massages in the spa and they were both very good. There was a nice atmosphere in the hotel, the other guests were friendly and polite, which is important for me travelling solo. It is also in a good location, quiet but near the Singing Fountain and the Collonade.

Grandhotel Pupp is an impressive hotel with a tradition dating back to 1701, located in the historical center of Karlovy Vary, 300 meters from the spa colonnade. Everything went so perfectly that I wish we had stayed longer in Karlovy Vary. The city itself is beautiful and the hotel is magical. The staff was great, the restaurant and bar were great as well. and to top it off, a very comfortable bedroom.

Falkensteiner Spa Resort Marianske Lazne is located in the heart of Mariánske Lázně, featuring 4 outdoor and indoor pools, sauna area and fitness centre. The wellness area is great, there are 4 different types of sauna including a hammam. The outdoor swimming pool was heated and the other swimming pools were also great. There is a pillow menu so you could order a scented pillow (pine, lavender for example) which help for better sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a half board stay. The breakfast was very good and so the diner.
