The hotel pushed our dates and checked them in late . They were very hospitable. I recommend this hotel for families, their attention to details for your needs is very professional.

Guests can enjoy the indoor pool at the villa. This place is clean and cozy. The best part is the host, who is always there to help. We had some issues with our tour company for the early morning pick up. The host managed to help us out. He also checked with us to make sure we are fine. We felt very welcomed. The host helped us find a sunset Felucca. The captain chose to sail behind a big sand dune. So the sunset was totally blocked by the sand dune. The wind was not strong there so it took much longer to finish. We have to pay 50% more than original price because “the trip is longer than originally quoted”. It was frustrating that we didn’t see the sunset, be late for our dinner and bitten by bugs while the boat is not moving. I recommend a different felucca captain.
