The best thing is that every facility is big which makes us feel very comfortable and also let the room look wider than 22m2. Additionally the location is brilliant just beside the cathedral with a wonderful view. Final but not least, the stuffs are very good at English which is enough to communicate. besides their attitude is so nice and always responsible to help us solve the problems. I feel really grateful about that. If I come to Barcelona again I would choose this hotel again.

Reception, especially KRISTEL, was magnificent and she made it her mission to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. From explaining the area of Barcelona we were in, giving us a map and pointing out nearby highlights, giving us dining tips, and always greeting us with a smile, Kristel is a prime example of excellent customer service and someone who is truly caring and loves their job. We received little handwritten notes from the hotel over the course of our stay and it really shows that the hotel sees you as a GUEST and not just a CUSTOMER. The room itself was amazing and everything was immaculately clean. The room was huge and had a lot of windows letting in natural light. Bed was super comfortable, even the extra bed since we were 3. Breakfast was high quality since it is on an order basis. I actually prefer this to buffet options where the food is oftentimes old, cold, or both. The staff at both breakfast and at the rooftop restaurant were extremely helpful and friendly. Checkout was equally amazing. Since we do go to Spain often, The One Barcelona will now be our go-to hotel whenever we visit.

Location was perfect: quiet, safe & secure. Apartment was modern, spacious, spotlessly clean & very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. Large bathrooms. Ideal location in close proximity to tourist attractions, restaurants & shopping areas. Parking facilities directly under hotel & additional spaces down the road were ideal for us.
