The hotel was extremely clean and spacious with very nice rooms and cool design. The Outdoor Pool at the hotel was very picturesque and the breakfast at the hotel had to be one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had in a good long while. We will most definitely return again and recommended anybody looking for a nice hotel in San Sebastián to stay here. You certainly will not regret it.

Each air-conditioned room has a private bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. Rooms offer views of sea, or the surrounding mountains. The hotel offers a Thalassotherapy Center with six seawater pools. The welcome was great, the staff were really pleasant. We got a lovely room with a sea and mountain view. It was our wedding anniversary and there was a nice bottle of cava in the room. They were very thoughtful. Breakfast was good and the Thalassotherapy spa was very relaxing. We used the spa every day. The location was great as it had a beach, walks, several restaurants and some nice bars in the immediate location. Plus it was a 20 minute drive into the centre of San Sebastian from there.

We had a wonderful stay at Palacio Urgoiti! The hotel is located in a peaceful, green area just a short drive from Bilbao, surrounded by nature and beautiful views.
