Private, spacious, quiet and comfortable. An excellent place for retreat and relaxation. The location was excellent and the facilities were very well designed and managed. Surprised of the effort for iguana conservation. The GEM was very helpful.

Staff was very friendly, caring; looked after us as you would do for dear family; true to the welcoming words on our arrival - welcome to our family! Idillic island life! Peaceful!! Lots of time and space to relax!! Snorkelling on the garden reef was out of this world!! I would imagine that is what the Garden of Eden must have looked like; breathtaking. We booked dinner at Lako Mai Restaurant; quiet, experienced beautiful sunset while listening to the sea rolling backwards and forwards, music to one’s ears, no man made music needed at all!! Thank you we enjoyed a piece of paradise at the Tropica!

This Fiji island resort offers an award-winning private island retreat, surrounded by white sand beaches, coral reefs and crystal clear waters. South beach beach bure was right next to the ocean and we could watch the sunrise and sunsets from our room, snorkeling was right off each beach, staff is so friendly and welcoming (especially since my mom arrived feeling ill from motion sickness), kids club activities were awesome

The bure and facilities were amazing. The staff put lots of effort into making me feel comfortable and to make the resort a memorable stay. All the staff were extremely friendly and I could tell they enjoyed their work and spending time with each other.

A private one bedroom, air conditioned house on a longtime local's pristine property. We enjoyed the well maintained pool and pool house, cooked in the well outfitted kitchen, watched spectacular sunsets from our porch, and walked up and down the beach road to town. Larissa is an accommodating, friendly hostess who knows how to walk the fine line between being available and allowing your complete privacy. We love Savusavu and would definitely stay here again.
