Could not fault it in any way,from the warm welcome when we arrived to our departure the staff were so pleasant and helpful without being intrusive.We had lovely modern Room23 in the courtyard.Food and service excellent particularly breakfasts.Relaxed ambience.

We loved our stay at the Worcester Bank House Hotel. Our oldest son has additional needs and all the staff (especially Ez) went out of their way to ensure he had a fantastic stay- which we all did. Located in the quintessentially English village that is Broadway in the heart of The Cotswolds, The Lygon Arms is the perfect spot to switch off and relax (with or without your pampered pooch!)... The service from the staff was simply impeccable! The facilities are excellent - there is an indoor heated swimming pool and a gorgeous garden and plenty of carparks if you drive there, good Wifi and a great restaurant!

The Whitehouse Hotel has easy access to rail and road links, offering a city centre location in comfortable surroundings and attentive service. Everything was spot on friendly staff nice hotel breakfast great will be staying again soon

This luxury hotel is an excellent countryside retreat featuring a state-of-the-art spa, fantastic gardens and award-winning cuisine. It was absolutely gorgeous, right down to every little detail. Staff make you feel so so welcome, the whole vibe inside is so cosy it was incredible! The spa is amazing I could’ve spent all night in there. Food and drinks at the badgers restaurant was unbelievable and such good value for money, really couldn’t fault a thing!

The Malvern, is a AA rated 4-star hotel that offers spa and wellness facilities, an extensive range of relaxing and holistic spa treatments, and a brasserie and restaurant. Food in restaurant was lovely, drinks around pool were nice

Everything about our experience was exceptional, from the moment we arrived until the time we left. The entire process was smooth and efficient. We especially loved the pleasant fragrance of the place.
