However, I was impressed by the level of thought that went into every facet of our stay, from the room's views to the design touches, furnishings, and standard amenities. The food in general was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was especially exceptional. There was a variety of Japanese, Chinese, and Continental/American style items, but the quality of the local Hokkaido produce and ingredients put it over the top. We ate at two restaurants, an Italian and Japanese grill, as well as the Lobby dining area. All three were fantastic. Their pool and Onsen were modern, spotless, and had plenty of towels (a pet peeve). The service was remarkable as well. Any issues we encountered were dealt with immediately and without any pushback.

Featuring a heated outdoor pool with mountain views and ski-to-door access, The Vale Niseko is located in the heart of Hirafu. The apartments are huge and really stylish and well equipped. Great ski in location. Straight to the ski lockers. Great on site restaurant and bar too. The personal service we received was exceptional. The GM, Mirko Corbella greeted us on arrival and Mandy and her team were very attentive and helpful. Isaac drive us up to the gondola and helped us with our skis and boards. Milly helped with restaurant bookings, and we were driven there, and picked up. The on site ski rental shop also provided excellent service.

Located in Niseko United Ski Area at the base of Mount Annupuri, The Green Leaf Niseko Village, Tapestry Collection by Hilton offers ski-to-door access and natural hot-spring baths. We were upgraded to Hinode Hills, so extremely happy.
