The room was immaculately clean and spacious and was well equipped with amenities and cooking equipment. The view from the room and the huge balcony was beyond stunning. Would highly recommend staying here, and already have to many people! Would definitely stay here again and wish we had been able to stay longer.

Rental car wouldn’t work so we had to call the rental car company. We asked a bilingual staff member to initiate the call for us. She did. During a 30 min call with AVIS, she stayed nearby us to assist if needed. Then when the repair van finally came, she stayed with us in the parking lot for 40 minutes to act as translator. She went above and beyond her job. Thank you so much!

Our room was large and had a lovely view onto the river. Free coffee and soft drinks, and an onsen was included (we didn't even need to use the shower in our room). Really great value for the service we received!
